Dona Dunea is a Policy Officer in the Corporate Finance and Reporting Unit at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Dona’s work contributes to the convergence of supervision and enforcement in the European Economic Area, in relation to issuers’ reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements. Dona joined ESMA in 2021, with prior experience in securities markets analytics & enforcement, and in investment management. She holds an MSc in Quantitative Finance and is a CFA charterholder.

Marc Houllier is the CTO at Corporatings, a data provider that uses highly-structured data, such as XBRL, to provide powerful insight capabilities into corporate data.

Obtaining high quality sustainability data is one of the top priorities of his customers, and Marc believes digitalisation has a very strong role to play in bringing that about; he is a member of EFRAG’s ESRS Digital Reporting Consultative Forum and of the IFRS Taxonomy Consultative Group, and co-chairs the XBRL France working group on sustainability reporting.

Richard Bössen

Senior Manager Digital Reporting EFRAG

Richard Bössen is a digital reporting XBRL expert and joined the EFRAG staff in April 2023 and is responsible for the development of digital sustainability XBRL taxonomies (ESRS and Article 8). He is chair of international XBRL Standards Board (XSB). Before Richard joined EFRAG, he was Head of XBRL at AMANA consulting and provided XBRL reporting software solutions to large, listed companies, audit firms and supervisory authorities. Richard was part time seconded from AMANA consulting to EFRAG from Summer 2021 till March 2023 and supported the PTF on the preparation of the XBRL taxonomy for the ESRS.

Romane Maguet

BM&A

Romane Maguet is a member of the XBRL Europe ESG working group since 2020 and co-leads the XBRL France ESRS working group. She is also a member of the Board of XBRL France. Romane is an ESG consultant at BM&A and works in the field of sustainability and on ESEF and XBRL.

Patricia Myles

Co-chair ESG working group

Based in London, Patricia Myles holds the role of Global Regulatory Compliance and Strategy Consultant within the Capital Markets division at DFIN. Her focus in this role lies within the US SEC and European ESMA IFRS Financial Reporting and ESG regulatory reporting requirements relating to corporate digital reporting. She is responsible for leading the company’s initiative on the provision of software solutions and consultative services to an international client base.

Patricia is active at European level in working groups focused on education and advocacy for regulatory and policy change including currently as co-chair at the XBRL Europe Sustainability/ESG Working Group. Patricia earned her CPA qualification from The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland, a Diploma in IFRS with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.

René van der Meij

Co-chair ESG working group

René van der Meij joined the executive committee of XBRL Europe in 2020 and became the co-chair of the ESG working group. Besides to his work at XBRL Europe, René is CTO at SBR Nexus, a cooperation of the three Dutch Banks (ABN-AMRO, ING and Rabobank) enabling businesses to report their data conform standards to the Dutch Banks.

Stuart Rowan

XBRL International

Stuart Rowan facilitates the work of XBRL International’s Digital Sustainability Disclosure Stakeholder Interest Group (DSD SIG). The DSD SIG identifies challenges in digital reporting and solutions agreed among the member bodies. The group’s work is available to the wider public at the DSD microsite .

Stuart is an independent consultant and his current portfolio includes supporting Ukraine’s ongoing digital reporting programme through the EU-FAAR project. Since 2006, Stuart has worked in digital reporting and XBRL and until 2020, this was at CoreFiling, an XBRL software firm. Stuart holds an MA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.

Bruno Tesnière

Executive committee XBRL Europe

Bruno Tesnière is member of the Executive Committee of XBRL Europe and Technical Advisor to the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA). He is a former partner and head of independence and risk management of PwC France. Mr. Tesnière has been a member of the XBRL community for over two decades.
